TRENCH WHEELS
Trench Wheels are convex shaped steel wheels that bolt on all-terrain vehicles in place of standard wheels and tires. The ATV or lightweight UTV is driven into the field and the Trench Wheels form narrow trench tracks, which channel excess water off your field. As the trench gets pushed deeper, the wheel’s convex sides pack the trench sides outward. Depending on your soil type, your trenches could last all year. The convex sidewalls make a trench with little or no ridge along the edge. This lets water pour right into the trench. The resulting V-shaped trenches minimize crop damage. Trench Wheels are available for most ATV and lightweight UTV models.

Just bolt the wheels to your ATV or UTV and drive through wet areas. The Steel Wheels make V-shaped trench tracks to drain surface water and save your crop. The 4” Pneumatic Wheels work great with heavier side-by-sides. Track depth is partially dependent upon the weight of the vehicle and operator. Deeper trenches can be achieved by simply retracing your tracks. Retrace your tracks by driving forward through wet areas then shifting into reverse and backing out. Deeper trench tracks can also be made by driving to the right or left of the original tracks, retracing with wheels on one side of the ATV or UTV. The trench tracks can be easily removed with conventional tillage if desired.
